This website provides general information about the Foundation, its mission, program framework, access pathways, volunteer opportunities, partnerships, and ways to support the mission.
No medical advice or provider relationship
Website content and form submissions do not constitute medical or dental advice and do not create a dentist-patient, hygienist-patient, or other healthcare-provider relationship.
No emergency service
This website is not monitored as an emergency service. Call 911 or contact an appropriate emergency provider for urgent symptoms or emergencies.
Program access and scheduling
Each program publishes its eligibility, location, capacity, funding terms, and scheduling process. Submitting an inquiry starts the information process and does not create an appointment, provider relationship, entitlement to funding, or right to services.
Accuracy and changes
The Foundation reviews website information for accuracy and reserves the right to update, correct, suspend, or remove content. Strategic goals describe organizational direction and do not create contractual obligations.
Third-party links and providers
Links, referrals, and references to independent providers do not automatically constitute endorsement. Independent organizations are responsible for their own services, pricing, licensing, policies, and decisions.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, website text, branding, graphics, and original materials are owned by or licensed to the Foundation and may not be used to imply endorsement or affiliation.
Prohibited use
Users must not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the website, submit malicious content, impersonate others, harvest information, or use the website unlawfully.

To the extent permitted by law, the Foundation is not responsible for losses arising from reliance on general website information, interrupted access, third-party services, or unauthorized use.
