This policy explains how Veterans and Natives Dental Foundation, Inc. handles information submitted through this website. It does not describe clinical records maintained by independent dental providers.

Information you should not submit

Do not submit Social Security numbers, VA claim numbers, payment-card information, detailed diagnoses, medical records, insurance records, or other sensitive health information through ordinary website forms.

How information is used

We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, administer program access, coordinate volunteers and partners, protect the website, maintain records, and improve service delivery. It is not sold to advertisers.

Essential cookies and security

The website uses an essential session cookie to protect forms against fraudulent submissions. We retain limited technical logs for security and troubleshooting. We do not currently use behavioral advertising cookies.

Service providers

Hosting, email, security, form-delivery, and other service providers process information only as needed to deliver their contracted services. Their handling of information is governed by their own agreements and policies.

Retention

Inquiry information is retained only for the stated purpose, legal obligations, security, and organizational records. Deletion requests are handled subject to lawful retention requirements.

This website is not directed to children under 13. A parent or legal guardian should contact the Foundation on behalf of a minor.

We update this policy when programs, service providers, or legal requirements change. The revision date will be updated when material changes are published.
