Foundation programs serve U.S. veterans, Native veterans, members of underserved Native communities, and eligible immediate family members under the criteria published for each program.
The Foundation accepts program inquiries now. Published program information identifies the location, service, schedule, eligibility criteria, licensed-provider coverage, and participation instructions. Submit a program inquiry for information specific to your area.
Each program states its participant cost and funding terms before enrollment. The Foundation does not publish a universal promise that every service is free.
No. The website is not an emergency service. For severe pain, uncontrolled bleeding, facial swelling, difficulty breathing, or another emergency, contact an emergency provider or call 911.

The Foundation’s primary mission centers on preventive care, education, screenings, hygiene support, and trusted referrals. Additional treatment must be provided by appropriately licensed providers under applicable rules.
Submit the volunteer-interest form. Clinical volunteers complete credential verification, licensing review, background screening, supervision assignment, insurance review, and all requirements of applicable law.
Use the partnership form to describe the organization, proposed scope, and resources. No partnership or endorsement exists until authorized in writing.
Yes. The Foundation reviews equipment and supply donations for condition, clinical suitability, storage, maintenance, transportation, and documented program use.
The Foundation is recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) public charity under IRC 170(b)(1)(A)(vi). Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. EIN: 42-2349190.
