Mircea Adrian Ene-Neagu

President and Chairman of the Board

Mircea is a U.S. Army veteran, service-disabled veteran, and founder of Five Points Industries LLC, an SBA-certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business. After recognizing barriers to preventive dental care among veterans and Native veterans, he brought together a team committed to building the Foundation responsibly.

Secretary and Treasurer

Razvan supports the Foundation’s corporate records, board documentation, financial controls, and reporting. His role helps ensure that decisions, transactions, and organizational resources are properly documented and remain aligned with the Foundation’s charitable mission.

Dental affairs and patient safeguards

Andrea Catana

Vice President and Director of Dental Affairs

Andrea brings doctoral-level dental hygiene expertise to clinical planning and professional coordination. She supports appropriate scope, credentialing, patient safety, oral-health education, and the responsible delivery of preventive dental services through licensed professionals.

Tribal affairs and community relationships

Carmelia Byers

Vice President and Director of Tribal Affairs

Carmelia guides respectful Native-community engagement, culturally aware communication, relationship building, and site coordination. Her role helps ensure that outreach involving Native communities recognizes local leadership, tribal sovereignty, and appropriate authorization.
