How the team works

Shared standards protect the mission.

Leadership decisions are guided by service, documentation, professional responsibility, and respect for the communities we seek to serve.

01

Documented decisions

Board and officer actions are recorded, conflicts are disclosed, and recusal is used when appropriate.

02

Financial stewardship

Funds are supported by approvals, records, reconciliations, and reporting appropriate to each transaction and program.

03

Accurate communication

Public information distinguishes confirmed services from goals under development and clearly explains access requirements.

04

Respectful partnerships

Our work honors patient choice, community leadership, tribal sovereignty, cultural awareness, and written authorization.
